Cream Cheese Milkshake

Everyone needs a treat once in a while, and this one will help keep your fat up which is super important! I try to never go below 70% fat, but I aim for 80!  This makes an excellent breakfast if you’re in a hurry, and helps to keep the fat up and carbs low! I also like the fat/protein ratio. And the flavor is excellent, you really can’t go wrong. 

  • 1 cup 45 cal silk coconut milk 
  • 2 oz cream cheese 
  • 8 frozen blueberries (sub strawberry)
  • 1 tsp swerve 
  • 4 ice cubes 

Blend! This is the most delicious shake! 

It takes only a few minutes to make and it’s delicious! I use my Vitamix, I think that’s the best investment for low-carb. BlendTec makes a similar device for less money. I know they’re not cheap, but they truly do last forever. Mine is 10 years old and I use it daily.

  • Protein 5g 

84% fat, 9% carbs, 7% protein
